Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving the item.

• Please contact me before starting a return. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

• Your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn, and in its original packaging (jewelry box and/or pouch).

• Once I approve your return request, the original item(s) must be sent back within 10 days. Items sent back outside this time frame will not be accepted.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged:

• Items that have been worn or altered

• Sale items

• Items purchased in-person

• ​Custom or personalized items

Shipping

I ship to the US and Canada. I offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $150 (use code FREESHIP at checkout).

• US domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Mail Express. When your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email with tracking information.

  • Priority Mail (1-4 days): $9.00

  • Priority Mail Express (1-2 days): $32.00

• Canadian orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail, which does not offer tracking, or USPS Priority Mail International, which does offer tracking.

  • First Class International (6-20 days): $15.00 + $5.00 per additional item

  • Priority Mail International (6-10 days): $40.00

***Please note: Metal Thief Jewelry is not responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply, lost or stolen packages, damages to packages, or shipping delays due to customs or inclement weather. If you would like insurance on your package, please contact me.

Fabrication Times

Most items are made-to-order and will ship in approximately 7-10 business days. Chains and custom orders may have a longer lead time. Please get in touch if you need an item by a specific date before you purchase it, and I will let you know if it is possible.

Repairs & Repolishing

There is a 6 month warranty on all of my pieces. If there is a manufacturing default (not normal wear and tear), I will repair the item at no cost to you. If the item is not repairable, you can receive a refund or exchange.

After the initial six month period, I am happy to repair, repolish, resize, and re-oxidize your Metal Thief Jewelry piece for an additional fee. Please contact me for more information.

Custom Requests

I am not accepting one-of-a-kind custom jewelry requests at this time, but hope to do so in the near future.

If you would like one of my current designs made in a different size or with a slight alternation, please feel free to contact me. Depending on the work needed, there may be an additional fee.

Sales Tax

Due to state law, Washington state residents will pay at least 6.5% sales tax (more depending on your location).
