About me

I’m Darragh. Metal Thief Jewelry is my one-woman jewelry shop that I run out of my home in Seattle, Washington.

I first started making jewelry as a teenager. I loved going to the bead store with my mom to buy materials for my funky necklace designs. After a decade-long hiatus, I started making jewelry again in 2022. Metal Thief Jewelry was born out of my exploration and newfound love of metalworking.

When I’m not making jewelry, you can find me hiking and backpacking in the mountains, tending my small garden, or snuggling with my pit bull mix, Loowit.

About my jewelry

Metal Thief Jewelry is about making jewelry that feels both special and wearable. I like bold shapes and enjoy making chains, chunky hollow pieces, and reticulated silver. I saw, solder, file, and polish every piece of jewelry by hand. Each piece is unique.

One of the most fun parts of being a maker is exploring new techniques and designs. There is always something new brewing in my head! I’m excited to continue developing my style and to have you along for the ride.
